Planet eSIM Terms of Service
Welcome to Planet eSIM! We’re here to make travel connectivity simple, flexible, and affordable. These terms explain how you can use our eSIM services. If you’re a personal (non-business) customer, these terms apply to you.
1. Who Can Use Planet eSIM
To use our services, you need to:

Be 18 years of age or older.

Have an eSIM-compatible, unlocked device.

Accept and follow these terms.
2. What We Provide
With Planet eSIM, you’ll get:

A digital SIM (eSIM) that you can install directly on your device.

Prepaid data plans for countries and regions around the world.
3. How It Works

Pick a data plan from our available selections on our website.
-
Install your eSIM over Wi-Fi.
-
Activate your plan when you’re ready to travel.

Plans are prepaid, valid for the stated duration, and unused data cannot be carried over or refunded.
4. Refunds
We offer a refund if:

You haven’t installed or activated the eSIM.
We may consider a partial refund if:

You activated the plan but experienced technical issues, leaving over 99% of data unused.
We don’t refund:
-
Data already used.
-
Expired plans (over 30 days past expiration).
-
Charges from other providers or devices.
-
Accounts that have been deleted.
5. Fair Use Policy (Unlimited Plans)
For unlimited plans:

You receive your paid for allowance of high-speed data daily. After that, speeds reduce to 512kbps until the next day.

Unlimited plans are not a replacement for fixed broadband or heavy tethering.

We may reduce speeds or suspend service if usage is excessive or not in line with fair use.
6. Coverage & Roaming
Coverage and speeds vary by location and local networks. Data may be consumed more quickly in some roaming areas depending on network traffic. While we work with major network partners worldwide, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect coverage.
7. Lost or Stolen Devices
If your device with a Planet eSIM is lost or stolen, contact us at care@planet.uk Once we’ve confirmed your details, we’ll block the plan within 48 hours.
8. Your Responsibilities
Please:

Use our services lawfully and fairly.

Do not share your eSIM or resell it commercially.

Remove your Planet eSIM before selling or giving away your device.

Keep your login secure and let us know if you notice suspicious activity.
9. Payments

All eSIM plans are prepaid.

Prices are displayed clearly before purchase.

Taxes are included unless stated otherwise.

You must provide a valid payment method (card, PayPal, etc.).
10. Ending the Service
You can stop using Planet eSIM at any time. Refunds are only available in line with Section 4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service or breach these terms.
11. Legal Information

Services are provided “as is” without a guarantee of perfect performance.

We’re not responsible for issues outside our control, including network outages or cyber incidents.

Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.
12. Disputes & Governing Law
We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If legal action is necessary, disputes will be governed by UK law unless local laws give you stronger consumer rights. EU customers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant updates will be communicated by email or via our website. Please review them regularly.
